Language changing doesn't apply on MSIT

I try to change language on msit.powerbi.com from Russian to English, but after saving UI language still remains Russian. Thanks

I just verified that I can successfully change language on msit.powerbi.com from Russian to English without any issue using the following link: https://msit.powerbi.com/groups/me/settings/general/language

Could you recheck steps for choosing your language in the Power BI service and choosing your language in the browser in this articles to see if it works? In addition, here is a similar thread for your reference.
