Dear Team,
I tried to connect jira with power bi service and everything went smooth.Once the report is ready I could see only certain tables and charts. To be specific Issues by fix version, component breakdown,Total unresoved etc are showing null values.I tried to refresh the data which also went well. Also its showing only single project name. And the jira we are using is a cloud version too.Can anyone help me to identify the issue.Thank you for your consideration.

What you get from the JIRA content pack on Power BI Service is provided by the JIRA REST API. So if there's any delay on data, you may consult on atlassian community.

Hello,
I’d like to propose and alternative solution for you, you might want to try out our app - Power BI Connector for Jira: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221150/power-bi-connector-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overvie... it's available for Jira Cloud / Server / Data Center.
We have a handy User/Admin Guide https://aserve.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PBCFJC/overview and fast/responsive support team at support@alpha-serve.com. Please let us know if you need any assistance.
