Issue with Custom dashboard theme

We are using custom theme to format the dashboards on the workspaces. The formatting is appearing temporarily, but if we close it and re-navigate back to the workspace the custom theme format doesn't stay. To get the custom formatting we have to refresh every time when we land on the dashboard page.

We have lot of workspaces on our node and many dashboards are impacted.

Thanks @v-lid-msft !  Unfortunately i moved out of the company that i am consulting for and i had opened a ticket with microsoft support and someone from the team is taking care of it.  Sorry i can't add more details to this case further.

Sorry for that, but we cannot reproduce this issue, following is the test step:

1. open incognito windows and sign in, create a dashboard

2. Click "···" - "Dashboard theme" - "Upload JSON theme" - "Custom"

3. use our theme file (which change the backgroud color), save

4. change to another workspace and back, it stay the custom theme

5. close the incognito windows and open incognito windows, sigin in

6. go to the same dashboard, it stay the custom theme

(test with the Chrome 80.0.3987.149 (Official Build) (64-bit) in Win10)

What is the last time your custom theme can work fine? Have you tried to use edge or IE to reproduce this issue? Does this issue only happen on special dashboard or special theme?
