Issue with Bar Chart Data Not Displaying Values >1000 in Power BI Web

Hello Power BI Community,

I'm facing an issue with my Power BI report when publishing it to the web. Specifically, I have a bar chart that displays data values correctly in Power BI Desktop. However, once I publish the report, any data values greater than 1000 do not appear on the web version of the report. Values under 1000 are displayed without any problems.

I also want to mention that the file is being automatically uploaded via the local Power BI Gateway. Despite this automated process, the issue persists with data values over 1000 not showing up.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? If so, do you know what might be causing this discrepancy between Power BI Desktop and the web version? I've double-checked the data, formatting, and settings, but everything seems in order. Any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi @charing ,

Rename your report and publish a copy and see whether the same issue is occurring or not.If it's not occuring in that you applied some filters on servers and you need to click -reset filters.

Thanks,

Sai Teja

Hello,

thank you very much that helped at first.

The first upload of the Diagram is correct when I upload it from PowerBI Desktop. When I upload it again with different numbers the same error occurs  WITHOUT changing anything.

In the Table (Web) are no numbers which are >1000 again... I don´t understand this...

Thank you!

Hi @charing

Given I have so little information at this time, I can't tell what's causing your problem. You can create a support ticket for free and a dedicated Microsoft engineer will come to solve the problem for you.

It would be great if you continue to share in this issue to help others with similar problems after you know the root cause or solution.

Hover over the filter icon in the header of the visual.  Maybe there's a filter applied that you forgot about.
