Not sure when this started to happen, but if you have over 100 data points on a visual like a column chart (set to categorical), it displays the first 100 points, and then repeats them.
So if I have 800 data points, when I scroll right I see the first 100, then I see the same 100 again.
Other visuals won't show past 100 points (area)

What's the Power BI Desktop do you run? And how do you design the report? I have tested in May update Power BI desktop with a Stacked Column chart, and set X-axis Type as Categorical. When scrolling horizontally, X-axis values are not repeated, see:

I do not see the same issue. I have a Pareto that features several thousand items on a bar and line chart. I can scroll all the way across without repeating any of the data. I would suggest looking at your calculations for a loop.
