Is there a technical issue with Power BI service?

Same problem here, the only other solution I found on github was about an user saying he should've installed the personal gateway instead of the standard one but for me that's not a solution.
I tried using either levels of authentication and privacy, and by running a debugger it shows up that the "publicKeyTextEncoded" string in the encrypt function in credentialEncryption.ts is undefined.
Hope someone sees this and can give some advice.
