 I don't think there's a specific metric to say when someone is technically strong, but there's a couple of factors that will differentiate between a beginner and a pro, at least in my opinion.

Can you clearly tell a story through data in power BI that all stakeholders can understand and take action on?

Can you debug performance issues and optimize your models?

• Cloud service usage for sharing, security, and integration

You don’t need to be an expert in all areas focusing on a few and building depth is usually the best way to grow your technical expertise.
