Greetings,
I have created three links to a power BI dashboard on the Power BI Service, as there was a 100 person limit for each link. However when I tried creating more links where I can edit the permissions, I can no longer to do this.
Is there a limit to the links I can created (fpr a Power BI dashboard) and edit the permissions for?

An App is not a power bi project, it is a container in a workspace that allows you to select the deployed reports to be selected for inculsion in an App. The App has a section for selecting the users who have access to the app. You can have mulitple Audiences that have a different list of users (EntraIDs or security groups) and the Audience can see one or more of the selected reports.
There is a new feature coming out allowing one workspace to have multiple apps.

Greetings,
It is odd, one link I have has 109 people attached to it, not sure why it was not restricted to 100 people.
However, I did create a PBI app, adding in the PBI report as content and this has resolved the issue.
Thank you all for you help...
Greetings,
Greetings,
I know that a link tyipcally has a 100 user limit, however it seems like there is a limit to the number of links I can create?
Create a App for the workspace which does not have the 100 person limit as a link
Greetings,
I dont understand how does an app not have a limit and isnt the app just the typical power bi new project?
