Is it possible to manage phone view from Power BI online?

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to edit the phone layout from Power BI online reports. I have create a dataset that users base their reports on. Hence those reports can't be downloaded as a dektop file because that options is geyed out. But in only I don't seem to find the option to optomize reports for mobile.
