Is it possible to have multiple apps in my target workspace?

I would like to create multiple Power BI Apps for different groups in a workspace.  Unfortunately, I am only allowed to update App in target workspace.  Whenever the app is updated, the previous app is overwritten.  Is it possible to have multiple apps in my target workspace?
