Is it possible to disable the "Loading x rows" splashscreen for paginated reports in the service?

Is there a way I can disable the splashscreen that says "loading x rows" when a paginated report is run in the service?

This is because some of our paginated reports have dropdown filter parameters that are populated by a secondary dataset in the report. So while the main dataset may not return any result rows, the end user still sees this "loading x rows" message where it is loading the rows that will populate the dropdown filter parameter values. I as the analyst understand what's going on but the end user might be very confused looking at this.

Thank you.
