I am building a report to share with several hundred external vendors. I don't want the vendors to be able to see each others' information. I thought I was onto something where I could publish a report, bookmark it in the web page and then Share the bookmarked page (by selecting keep filters and slicers in the Share function). It works in theory but in practice, clicking Reset to Default brings the report back to the latest published vendor.
Is there a way to disable Reset to Default or is there another way to accomplish my task, without having to make and manage files for each vendor?

Hi @POLPBI9 ,
Currently, it is not supported to disable Reset to Default in Power BI .
You may set Row-Level Security (RLS) to manage files for each vendor, please see the link Power BI Desktop Dynamic security cheat sheet, which described the detailed steps. Maybe it doesn't work, there are some tips to let it work and test it efficiently.
Best Regards,
Amy
