I am trying to create a bar chart that shows if it hits a target line and add slicers to filter fields. It's really a line and clustered column chart and the line chart is used to show the "target line". However, when I use the slicer, the target line goes away and turns into a single data point because I am using it as a line chart. Is there another way to achieve this?
@eee014 Two options:
a) calculate the line in dax in such a way, so that the slicer didn't influence the value of the line. There is a ton of posts like this here. Here is a link to a possible solution. https://www.antmanbi.com/post/show-items-not-selected-in-a-slicer
b) create a bar chart and just add a constant line (with static value) in the analytics tab on visualization.
