Is it possible for me to have an analysis of how many times a dashboard has been accessed in my Power BI project? I need to have an analysis of which dashboards are being more frequently used and which ones are not as much

Yes, that's the Usage Metrics Report

In your workspace, click on a report's ... and generate the usage metrics report
