Internal Error

Cannot refresh a dataflow, because the error below keep appearing.

Error: Request ID: 146c2f35-3c8c-85ba-3f4a-2b6aba16b950 Activity ID: f4b05a2d-ea7c-4abb-a581-e67ab5721df7
 
I've tried everything, nothing seems to make any difference, and I can't find any details as to why. 

Suggestions appreciated.

The message is this one:

Is what appears in the refresh history.

Then the only way to debug this would be copying the transformations/code to PowerBi Desktop and try running it.

You can select all tables, right click copy. Then open PowerBi Desktop Transform Data menú and paste it.

Let's see what message you have when apply and refresh
