Intergrated Live site list report not showing for other company members

Having a problem in which I created a report integrated in a 'live site list' for my company. However this report is not visable by anyone else, and instead when clicking on the link they are taken to the powerbi website, presumably because it beleives they do not have the correct licencing. However, it would seem to me that this is not a preium feature, and anyway I have a preium account and so this should not be an issue.

For context the site list exsisted previously, and upon seeing the possibility to create an integrated report I chose to make on in the picture seen. Then experianced the problem detailed.

Anyone can use the Visualize the list or visualize the library feature to explore their list or library data, but to enter the full edit experience, publish reports, access reports that others have published, or delete reports, you need a Power BI Pro license. If you don’t currently have a Pro license, you can buy a Power BI Pro license or start a free trial.

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information or the expected result you expect. Let me know immediately, looking forward to your reply.
