Incremental Refresh causing a refresh failure

Hi,

I have set up an incremental refresh in 3 tables of my semantic model and published it.
However, after 1h of refreshing (the model takes c.2h usually), it fails with the following error:

Data source error{"error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_InvalidConnectionCredentials","pbi.error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_InvalidConnectionCredentials","parameters":{},"details":[{"code":"DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingErrorCode","detail":{"type":1,"value":"-2147467259"}},{"code":"DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingErrorMessage","detail":{"type":1,"value":"The credentials provided for the SQL source are invalid. (Source at gails-sql-pool.database.windows.net;gails-reporting-new-model.)"}},{"code":"DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingHResult","detail":{"type":1,"value":"-2147467259"}},{"code":"Microsoft.Data.Mashup.CredentialError.DataSourceKind","detail":{"type":1,"value":"SQL"}},{"code":"Microsoft.Data.Mashup.CredentialError.DataSourcePath","detail":{"type":1,"value":"gails-sql-pool.database.windows.net;gails-reporting-new-model"}},{"code":"Microsoft.Data.Mashup.CredentialError.Reason","detail":{"type":1,"value":"AccessUnauthorized"}},{"code":"Microsoft.Data.Mashup.MashupSecurityException.DataSources","detail":{"type":1,"value":"[{\"kind\":\"SQL\",\"path\":\"gails-sql-pool.database.windows.net;gails-reporting-new-model\"}]"}},{"code":"Microsoft.Data.Mashup.MashupSecurityException.Reason","detail":{"type":1,"value":"AccessUnauthorized"}}],"exceptionCulprit":1}}}

Anyone know why and how to fix this?

Thanks

Hi,sergej_og .thanks for your concern about this issue.

Your answer is excellent!
And I would like to share some additional solutions below.
Hello,@sgallo .I am glad to help you.

As sergej_og suggested, the error message suggests that your SQL data source may not be valid. You need to check that your SQL data source credentials are set up correctly to ensure that you are able to successfully access the SQL database using the data source credentials.
Check your gateway connection to ensure that it is online and that there are no problems with the configuration information.
Try clearing your browser's cache to avoid any interference with the original data credentials information in the cache.
I hope that the following document will help you.

Hey @sgallo
following along the error statement there is hint regarding provided credentials.
Pls check your provided creds in in your corresponding connection and in the section below.
Maybe you have to refresh them in that place as well.
