Image URL failed to show in web service and no issue to view in desktop

Hi All , 

I have issue to view image in web service and can view image thru desktop file. 

Things that I have checked :

- image url is working correctly

- can be access anonymously (image posted in FB page as public ) 

 Left:  View in desktop ; Right : View in web service

 view in Desktopview in Web service

Does anyone has this experience ? How should I recolve this ?
