[ISSUE/BUG] Cannot change name of Dataflow in workspace

Hi PBI Devs,

Couple days ago I created Datraflow in my organizational workspace, but later on I cannot change its name in properties. 

I mean there is an option, I clik on it to apply changes, it pretends it has been applied, but after page refresh nothing has changed.

Looks like developed my mistake disconnected function from button.
