IS it possible to limit users ability to certify items to one domain?

Hi

As in title - is that possible? IT seems only option add access to specific groups - but that will allow users to certify every report or other items on whole tenant?

Hello @StanislawWisni ,

Yes it's possible.

  • By default, only members of security groups defined by the Fabric administrator can certify items.
  • These groups are configured at the tenant level in the Fabric administration portal.
  • It is possible to delegate certification configuration to domain administrators.
  • Once this delegation is enabled, each domain can have its own certification settings, including:
    • Enable or disable certification.
    • Define specific security groups to certify items in that domain only.

This means that users in one domain will only be able to certify items associated with that domain, not those in other domains in the tenant
