I have an excel file in sharepoint with 1M+ rows. I need to send this file(excel) without breaking the data across the organization by using RLS in power BI. Can you guide me with step-by-step process?. I tried creating a flow in power automate but it keeps braeaking the data to 1000 rows.

Hi @Shailaja_PBI

You can connect to the file directly from SharePoint here are more details: Quick Tips: Connecting to Excel Files Stored in SharePoint Online from Power BI Desktop - BI Insight

But the question is does this fetch all the data without breaking it into smaller chunks of data?

Hi @Shailaja_PBI ,

Your data source is sharepoint and needs to use RLS, so you can only connect to the data via desktop and create the appropriate RLS rules. If the amount of data is small, 1M rows should not break the 1GB limit, try it and point out if you still have problems.

Hope it helps!
