I did not receive verification code via email

Hello, I don't get a verification code email on sign-up I checked Inbox and Junk and waited the whole day, tried again and again - nothing Please help Thank you Renato Campos

Hi renatacampos,

 

Can you ensure you input the correct email address? If you use other email address does this issue still appears?

In addition, I'd like to suggest you test with "in private" mode.

Hello,

I'm having the same problem.

I cannot sign-up because I don't receive any the verification code emails.

I tried so many times but it's impossible.

Please help!

    Also having this problem...

     

    Never get a verification code after multiple attempts. Have checked Spam and Mimecast filters
