I did not receive verification code via email
Hello,
I don't get a verification code email on sign-up
I checked Inbox and Junk and waited the whole day, tried again and again - nothing
Please help

Hi renatacampos,
Can you ensure you input the correct email address? If you use other email address does this issue still appears?
In addition, I'd like to suggest you test with "in private" mode.

I'm having the same problem.
I cannot sign-up because I don't receive any the verification code emails.
I tried so many times but it's impossible.

Never get a verification code after multiple attempts. Have checked Spam and Mimecast filters

I am trying to create an user account in PowerBi Pro for my company office, but after I typed my corporate email, the system ask to insert the verification code, that was supposedly sent to my email, however I didn't receive the code. I checked my spam box and the eletronic junk box, but there isn't any email from PowerBi with the verification code. How can I proceed?

Same problem here, just can't create my account.
