I cant use the values in power bi

I was creating some dashboards from data published in a sementic model. One day it was fine and now it wont allow me to use the values section in any of the charts. This is making it impossible to make charts for my dashboard as i cant sum values. Has anyone encounteed this issue as it was working fine but now if i even go to edit or change a previous made grapgh it will gone forever.

Where i can get some help to be able to user power bi properly again.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
