I cannot create a web link

Hi, 

I can no longer create a weblink to share data visualisation with some of my stakeholders.

I previosuly could but i no longer can.

How i can get this feature back ?

today i have the same issue again with embed code creation 

On my account i have 3 embeded codes created but i want to make a new one and i cannot

please cn you enable the code creation feature
