I can not but power bi pro

Hi everyone,

I was trying to but power bi pro with my professional account. In my company mi use gmail accounts but i dont if this is why i cant buy power bi. 

It show me the following steps but neither I nor my systems team know how to do it.

I am not sure if the system didn't translate this or what happened, but could you translate this to English if my answer doesn't work?  For the two sentences I could read, it appears that you are trying to set up an account for Power BI and are using a non-Enterprise email account/domain.  (Such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc.)  To quote Microsoft "

• Power BI requires that you use a work or school email address. You can't sign up or purchase using email addresses provided by consumer email services or telecommunication providers. This includes outlook.com, hotmail.com, gmail.com, and others. If you don't have a work or school account, learn about alternate ways to sign up."

So, select that link and see if you can do it that way.

Hi,

Thank you for answer me. No, my account is an enterprise email. USPharmacyGroup but i mean 

logs but directed to google . Our logs are just for google but our mailbox is gmail not  for Microsoft  and microsoft servers.
As I understand it is not compatible.

Perhaps you could set up an alternate email like this article describes?  Use an alternate email address - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
