No. Power BI is not available as a private, internal cloud service. Power BI is a cloud-based business analytics service that enables anyone to visualize and analyze data. You can sign up for Power BI using this link with a work, or school, email address, then sign in from this link.

In addition, you can install Power BI Desktop on your own computer. Power BI Desktop is a free desktop application, you can securely connect to your own on-premises data sources from Desktop, create reports and publish them to Power BI Service.
