I am not able to run paginate Reports

Hi Team 

 

I am not able to run paginated report in service.I have PPU license. I have created gateway connection but I am unable to load paginated report in PBI service. I have cross checked connection it's working fine but not sure why it is not loding. Can anyone plese help me on this !.please find below screenshot.I am using oracle Database

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

According to your description, here is my suggestion.

Please check that if the gateway you use is an enterprise gateway and is configured correctly.

In your error message, it shows “DW_GWPipeline_Gateway_ImpersonationError”. You can check if the information of the windows authentication is correct.

Under Authentication Method, you can choose either Windows or Basic. Choose Basic if you plan to use an account that's created within Oracle instead of Windows authentication.
