Hello,
I am facing one scenario. I am having PowerBI Pro account and need to share some dashboards within the organisation as well as to the clients outside the organisation. Those clients/recipients may or may not be having Power Bi license of any form.
Is it possible for me to share the reports and dashboards to the clients not having any kind of licenses or trial versions. And if it is possible, how do we do it. And if not, then what kind of license may be sufficient for the clients to acqire to have a look over the shared reports and dashboards.
Thanks in Advance.

Hi @Anonymous ,
According to your description, here is my solution.
It is possible for you to share the reports to the clients not having any kind of licenses or trial versions by publishing the reports to web. However, when you publish the reports to web, all users can access the reports which means that this way is without security.
Besides, you can share reports and dashboards with the organization as well as to the clients outside the organization by two methods.
Recipients must have a Pro/PPU license to receive the content you share, but if you are sharing content in the Premium workspace, free users can also access the content you share.
Firstly, you can add the clients to a group.
When you share with people outside your organization, they receive an email with a link to the shared report or dashboard. Recipients must be signed in to Power BI to see what you've shared. If they don't have a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license, they can register a license after selecting the link.
1, Share link
You must have a Pro/PPU license and must be Admin/Member role of the workspace. In this case, you can select the three options shown in the figure below.
In the list of dashboards, or in an open dashboard, select “Share”.
Then in the Share Dashboard dialog box, you'll see the option to grant users or groups direct access to the dashboard.
Notice: The input box supports entering up to 100 individual users or groups.
If you are a viewer of workspace, you must have a Pro/PPU license and must have read/reshare permission of the dataset.
In this case, you can select the two options shown in the figure below. If you want to allow recipients to build content, you should have build permission of the dataset.
2, Direct access
You must have a Pro/PPU license and must be Admin/Member role of the workspace. In this case, you can add user to direct access of the dashboard.
If the recipients don’t have pro / ppu license, they can use Self-Service Sign-Up and Self-Purchase to license their Own Power BI services. If you are a global admin or billing admin, you can purchase Power BI licenses for your organization.
