How to setup direct query connection in Power BI Workflows (for dataflow)
Hello experts,
I need a help in connecting SAP Hana dataset in to Power BI workflow (service) as a dataflow and it require direct connect, not a ETL.
is it possible? please suggest me if there is any other alternate to connect direct connets in service.

It is currently not possible to use a data flow as direct query to SAP Hana. You can do it through a power BI semantic model. Power Query SAP HANA database connector - Power Query | Microsoft Learn

Please clarify what you mean by "Power BI workflow".
Dataflows do not have a "direct connect" mode.
Do you maybe want to connect your semantic model to SAP Hana in Direct Query mode or in Import mode?

The short answer is 'No', as a workaround, we typically need to configure a DirectQuery through Power BI Desktop and publish to Power BI Services.We also need to configure the Enterprise Data Gateway to maintain real-time data access.
