How to see reports that I can't access that use my dataset

I'm trying to set up a system where we can have decentralized report development using a single centralized dataset. I'd like to be able to see all the reports that are using my dataset but it seems if I don't have access to the report, I can't see it in my dataset lineage view. Is there a way for me to see what reports are using my dataset if I don't have access to the report itself?

I'm also interested to identify the "items with limited access".

Has anyone found a solution for this?

Hi @mbmferguson ,

You can use the Diagram view in the dataflows tab of your app workspace to see the data lineage of your dataflows and datasets. This view shows you all the reports that are connected to your dataset, regardless of your access level.

If it does not help, please provide more details .

Hi Rongtie,

I am in the Diagram view. When I click on the lineage of the dataset, there's a message that says More workspaces with limited access.Learn more

When I click that link and search limited access, it says

The pane may say that there are more items with limited access. This occurs when there are affected items that you don't have access permissions for. Such items aren't listed by name because of privacy concerns. See Privacy for detail.

When I click on Privacy I see:

In order to perform impact analysis on an item, you must have write permissions to it. In the impact analysis side pane, you only see real names for workspaces and items that you have access to. Items that you don't have access to are listed as Limited access. This is because some item names may contain personal information.

Even if you don't have access to some workspaces, your notify contacts messages will still reach the contact lists of those workspaces.

" The problem is that I need to see what work spaces are using the dataset.
