How to run paginated reports in full screen mode?

Hi all,

I would like to create a public display with power bi that should run in full screen mode. The data source for this is an Orcale database. It should contain a list that is automatically updated every minute. The list should be able to display a data set in several rows.

For this purpose, I have created a paginated report with the Report Builder, because you can use a tablix visualization there, which offers the functionality to distribute one row coming from the database to several rows in the table.

This works as desired, but I have not found a way to display a paginated report in the Power BI Service in full screen mode as one can do with a Power BI desktop report. The Power BI frame is distracting and should not be visible.

Does anyone have an idea how to realize this?

Solved: "Full screen mode" button disappeared for shared r... - Microsoft Fabric Community
I'm able to disable the left pane with adding at this parameter at the end of the URL:

&chromeless=1

I still have the upper pane though:

Any idea have to rid of this or if/when the full screen mode will be available for paginated reports?

Hi @Bodo

Regarding the issue you raised, here is the workaround I found for you:

You can append the

?rs:embed=true

 or

?rs:Command=Render&rc:Toolbar=false

at the end of report URL.

Hello @v-nuoc-msft.

Thank you for your feedback. However, none of the parameters mentioned work. It seems that they only apply to the report server and do not work with the power bi service, could this be?

Instead of adding &chromeless=1 I am now using the URL that is generated when using "Embed"

This also disables some unneeded functions like subscribe or search. The menu bar still remains through 😞

So if anyone has any ideas on how to really only display the report and nothing else (menu bar, etc.), I would be very happy 😉
