I want to refrsh the report data by enabling a button and on-click on the button i want to refrsh the report data.How to achieve this? Thanksnin advance.

Do you mean add a refresh button in Power BI report?
You can use Microsoft flow to invoke Power BI dataset refresh API, then use PowerApps to trigger the flow. In Power BI report, add a PowerApps custom visual.
