Hi,
I have all the power bi reports on xyz@domain and now moving to new domain which is xyz@test.com. Is there a way to migrate all the reports, logs, premissions, gateways to new domain.
Thanks,
Santhosh
Hi @sshasthri ,
I'd like to suggest you to download all the PBIX files and make a note of the respective App Workspaces, as well as the permissions associated in each App Workspace. Then create the same App Workspaces and permissions in the new tenant. After that uploading the downloading PBIX files into the new App Workspaces. Also you will need to manage the gateway in the new tenant.
Here is the official way to export the PBIX, but does so one at a time
Or Rui's blog and PowerShell script is where you can export all the PBIX from an App Workspace

Hello @sshasthri ,
at the moment you have to download everything and upload it to the new tenant.
You can use the Power BI REST API and the Power BI Cmdlets for PowerShell to automate that.
Best regards
Denis
Let me know if you need any help, I have a few resources and links if you have specific questions.
If my post helped you, I would be happy if you let a thumbs up 👍
We need to migrate objects (dashboards/workspace/reports) from 1 tenant to other.
Can you please provide suggestions how to proceed (download from 1 tenant and import in another tenant)
