Hi there,
I created a report in PowerBI that I want to share with my team for their usage. When they click on the link, they can request access. However, after requesting access, they are prompted to get the paid license.
Is there a way to set up my report so that they dont need to get a paid version of the license?
FYI, I have the pro license and I placed the report in a Teams channel tab. Also, within my org, everyone already has the free version.
Thanks in advance for the help!

HI @Anonymous ,
The rule of thumb is that to see a report, in any way, you have to have a pro license. So, your users will need to have a license. The alternative is to either get a preimum license which you can there share with anybody (but that is expensive) OR you can place the report on the internet for anybody in the world to see (which is a very bad idea for security).
