I use powerbi dataset to connect usage metrics report dataset in desktop and then pulish to server but there is only report there without dataset.
When I open usage metric report,I will see a usage metric dataset through admin api. how can I get dataset through data Id .

If you just want to modify the report, you can do it in service:
https://radacad.com/usage-metrics-or-do-it-yourself-power-bi-monitoring-report
Exporting ViewReport events by using the new Activity Log API and analyzing the activities in a custom report will see the same results as a report author looking at a usage report, see the announcement Introducing the Power BI Activity Log on the Power BI blog.
