Hi all,
I work at a Robotics Process Automation company and am developing dashboards for clients that shows the overall health of their automation solution. A lot of our clients are on Prem. So I connect to their cloned DB, apply a SQL script to bring in all relevant info, then began making calculate columns, measures, visualization, etc.
The clients are pretty happy with the end to end solution, but now my managers are asking if there's a way we can have access to all client dashboards created in our enviornment so we can also monitor what is happening. Is there a easy and elegant way of doing this? Would appreciate any input.
Thank you!
Hi @Anonymous
I don't know much about the working mode of your users Did they create the dashboard in their own workspace or in a workspace you shared with them ? This involves whether you have permission to access it.
If they create dashboards in their own workspace with their account , the users need grant access for you ,then you can access their dashboards.
If they create dashboards in the workspace that you provided , you can monitor their dashboards in your workspace .
What kind of situation do you belong to, please describe in detail, and then we can take a solution .Looking forward to your reply !
Best Regards
