How to enable someone to be able to add users to my app

I have published my report to a workspace and I created an app from the report:

However, currently only me have the right to add/remove users of the app.

How can I enable someone for the right to add/remove users.

This is critical in case when I am away and we need to grant access to someone.

@alice11987 Make someone else either a Member or Admin for the workspace. Click on the workspace in the Service and then Access in the ribbon. I can't remember the exact details of the specific permission levels so if in doubt, make them an Admin.
