How to disable/stop notification of "Due to consecutive errors, scheduled refresh has been disabled"

I am getting below error notification frequently and it's very annoying. Especially presenting my dashboards to the customers.

Is there any way to disable/stop this notification? Thanks.

Due to consecutive errors, scheduled refresh has been disabled.

Please resolve the error on the dataset and then re-enable.

Hi @Feellikedance ,hello GilbertQ, thank you for your prompr reply!

If your data source is an on-premises connection, there may be an issue with the gateway. Please check if the gateway is offline.

For cloud data sources that don’t require a gateway, the problem might be due to invalid credentials. In that case, you’ll need to update the credentials for the data source.

Best regards,

Joyce

Hi @Feellikedance

My best advice would be to either resolve the scheduled refresh error or go into the scheduled settings and disable it so that it no longer is trying to refresh your semanctic model. The error should then go away.
