How to deploy POwer BI template for use in Power BI service

I have gone through the article in the community

This is very useful when users do not want to use slicers but use the reports and dashboards without losing the whole data set.

The article shows the way to do it in power bi desktop and also using back the template in power bi dektop,

I want to use the template in the power bi service. Make use of RLS.  Is it possible to do so. 

Any help as to how to go about it is greatly appreciated.

As information from Simon, I got the link https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Power-BI-Solution-Templates/Welcome-to-the-Power-BI-solution-templa... , but there is no time/plan to check that. You could follow that topic and try to public template. But I think It needs more how-to information to conduct publishing one template to pbi homepage. Maybe you could try and contact owner topic.
