How the total hours# is calculated on the individual and team capacity bars?

Setup:

I have three members in the Team, working on projects together. The current Sprint has 3 weeks duration. I set up Monday to Friday as working day, and set up 1 day as day-off. 1 member added 1.5 as Capacity Per Day. The Team total hours# is then displayed as 10.5h.

Question:

(1.5hours /per day)*(14days)=21 hours, not 10.5h. Do you know how "10.5h" is calculated?

Are you using a particular content pack or ?? The interface shown is not familiar to me.

10.5 is exactly 1/2 of 21 so my guess is that you have something that is dividing by 2 in there. Perhaps your sprint duration is not being taken to be 14 and instead is 7?
