Helper IIHide One Dataset/Dashboard to some users in same Workspace
Hi everyone! I have 2 reports in the same workspace that are being seen by 20 persons. I would like to share the "Demora arriba Unidades" only to 5 users, and not show it to the other ones. Is this possible or should i create another Workspace?

you can not hide content from members of a workspace.
The general approach for sharing content is using Power BI Apps (What is a Power BI app? - Power BI | Microsoft Docs).
Using the new feature "Multiple Audiences for Power BI Apps" provides the possibility to spread content to different audiences. This feature is introduced here: Announcing Public Preview of Multiple Audiences for Power BI Apps | Microsoft Power BI Blog | Microsoft Power BI
