Can you show the error message in pbi service>>dateset>>setting>>refresh history? The information you provide can't be used to judge.

It's a data source problem, what is your data source? Can you change to DQ mode connection?

Can you share some information? What is your data source? Is the file large? Can you share some information? What is your data source? Is the file large? Whether there are other content refreshes at the same time when refreshing, these may cause refresh failure.

as per error message your query is getting timed out, possible reasons

1. Loading lot of data

2. Network issue with Source server, Gateway and Power BI web
