Help with TopN Slicers

I have a report that shows Salesperson performance with columns for our 4 key performance factors:

  • Units Sold
  • Total Volume Sold
  • % of Sold Refinances based on Units
  • % of Sold Purchases based on Units

I am looking for the option to easily filter the table to the Top 20 salespeople based on any of these factors, preferably in a slicer since our end users are not very tech savvy. The reason why I need the Top 20 instead just doing a basic sort, is because if I sort by "% Purchase", I might show someone who has 100% Purchase  but only really sold 1 loan, so thats not a great performer indicator overall. Is this possible? I'm new to Power BI and cannot figure out how to do this.

Below is what I would prefer to have:

A slicer with 4 options that will filter the table based on the selection:

You may not need to do that.  You could also just use the table column sort function. Make the table show 20 rows of data, sort descending by either of your KPIs, and voila - done.  You could even create bookmarks for each scenario.

@lbendlin the issue is that I need to see the full data first and then drill down. It's important to see the entire team to gauge performance and then drill into each KPI. Volume and Units are the KPIs and the %s are really more of the sort options if I'm simplifying things. I want to cut down to the top 20 volume -or- units and then sort by % of loan types. So I want to see the top 20 performers and of only those 20, I want to know who has the highest ratios. I have thought about using bookmarks but wanted something that takes up less space.

Hi @BrianaHop ,

Could you please provide some sample data (exclude sensitive data) and your expected result in order to provide you a solution which is suitable for your scenario? In addition, please review the following links and hope they can help you.
