I know the issus have been there quite a long time.
Are there anyway that Dataflow can read .xlsb?
I have read the article Power BI online refresh - 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.... - Microsoft Fabric Community
It is said that one of the solution is ...
2. Configure a gateway and install The 64-bit version of the Access Database Engine 2010 Access Database Engine OLEDB provider https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13255 on gateway server
then create a data source for this .xlsb file (even it is on SharePoint)
But I am not sure how to Configure a gateway or Install the Access Database Engine on the Service (aka. Cloud). Any guidelines I can follow?
P.S. I don't want to change the extension to .xlsx
P.S. Datasource is Sharepoint
Thank you in advance!
Best regards

You will have to, if you want or not. Resistance is futile.
Don't use .XLS, .XLSB, or Access databases as your data source. It's just not worth it.
