Handling dataset changes

Hello all,

My customer want to know which report (or dashboard) will be impacted when a change in a dataset (live connectiong mainly) happend.

For example, imagine that you have made a dataset that was shared accross the company and users have made dashboards based on your dataset and copies from does dashbaords was made by other users and now you don't know how much dashs exists based on your dataset.

But you need to make a change on that dataset and this change will remove some field or do something that certanlly will broke a report or dashbaord.

There is a way to track does reports/dashs that use my dataset?

Thanks a lot.

To the best of my knowledge, there isn't any functionality to be able to determine this. I would recommend managing this via Organizational Content Packs in order to provide you some control over this sort of thing.
