Get the url of a visual from an app for Power BI in Powerpoint

In our company, we exclusively give access to our content via Power BI Apps.

We are looking into the possibilities of showing Power BI individual visuals in Power Point.

The instructructions here seem to only work when accessing a report directly in a workspace.

Is there a way of doing the same when accessing a report via an app?

This is also an issue for us. Workspaces are used for testing, Apps are for production. We put up an issue with Microsoft, it is stated that is by design not possible from an app, unfortunately.

Hi @emmur 

According to documentation and testing, it is currently not supported Share a specific visual directly in the App, the app only support clicking the "Share" of the app, and then copying the link to the PPT to share the entire report, as shown in the figure .

Now the best way is to share the visual from the report in workspace to PPT
