Get MS Project Sharepoint List Data using Web connection

Hi , I understand we can connect to SPO List using Sharepoint Online List connector. But is it possible to use Web connector ? I would like to use RelativePath function and parameterise the url. This is mainly to circumvent the Dynamic Data Source error in Power BI Service.

The idea is just to extract all entires of Risks from each projects.
