Hello everyone,
I have trawled through this forum looking for similar queries, and I haven't quite found the answer. So I do apologise if I haven't the question has been asked before. Power BI is fairly new to me.
What I do: (Example data)
I work in a health care setting and I run a monthly report with figures showing key healthcare indicators followed by changing figures for patient population, population of patients achieved, achievement percentage, number of patients required to hit target, etc. See below.
I have then used this data set to create a report via power bi that niceley displays with filters etc. Again see below
What I need:
The excel spreadsheet changes month on month and the figures go up and down fair drastically. I want to be able to generate a report like the one above in power bi each month and compare it with the previous month. Is there an easy way of duplicating the report format and pointing it at the next months data? I find I am basically having to rebuild it from scratch every month and this is just not workable.
I hope that makes sense. I can clarify any further details that you may need.
