Gateways will not load

I have a reprot that will no connect to a gateway because when I click on the gateway tab, he gateways try to load and then they just never load and eventually i get a time out issue. Why would the gateway's not load? I need to the gateway's to load so that I can then select the source and edit the data source credentials.

You can directly go to Manage Gateways and view all connections and edit the credentials from there.
